Martha Davis and the Motels 11/2/17

Rather than being considered a singer/songwriter, Martha considers herself a songwriter/singer. She discovered her singing voice after she began writing songs at the age of fifteen. Born and raised in Berkeley, California, Davis moved to Los Angeles in the early ‘70s with her group The Warfield Foxes.
