Artist, Deborah Baronas will hold an opening reception for her gallery exhibition entitled, The Art of Work, Textiles and the American Dream on May 5th from 1-4pm, in conjunction with the Quechechan River Trail History Walk.

This exhibition is about textile workers and mills that are such an enduring part of our history and landscape.

This reception is free and open to the public. Participants from the History Walk will join the reception after their activities off-site have concluded. B.M.C. Durfee High School and UMass Dartmouth Students will be performing at the Quechechan River Trail, reenacting narratives from actual Fall River residents from the era.
