Please join yoga instructor Däna LeAnne Brown and her music partner Mike Heffernan for an evening of gentle yoga and acoustic guitar.The pair have been combining their talents for the past two years to bring the local community a soulful and meditative yoga experience. Däna will lead a slow, mindful, and restorative flow backed by Mike’s melodic mix of original instrumental arrangements and some easy going familiar classics.

All levels of experience welcome. We will draw inspiration from community, collaboration, and loving-kindness.

Däna LeAnne has been teaching at Divine Yoga in Fall River for 5 years, as well as teaching community classes and special events in the Fall River/New Bedford area. She has been practicing yoga for 16 years. Mike is rarely seen without his guitar in tow.

This class will be 75 minutes long.
