Tom, originally from New Bedford, struck it big when Jefferson Starship recorded his song ‘All Fly Away’ for their acclaimed ‘Dragonfly’ album. Richie Havens recorded his ‘Indian Prayer’ song, and Rick Danko recorded several of his songs. Tom lived in Ireland for awhile and got a following in Europe. He returned to the USA, writing songs and performing out of Woodstock, NY and Nashville. These days he’s working out of Woodstock and has played several outstanding shows at the Narrows.
