Christine Tarter is a local watercolor artist who became interested in Chinese brush painting about 5 years ago. She has been taking classes with Bettie Serantos and Plums. Chris is drawn to the concentric circles of local snail shells and to the fuzzy quality of the pussy willow buds that can be achieved with the ink and rice paper.
