Born in the Mississippi Delta, this pioneering pianist’s songs have been covered by The Clash, The Who (They did ‘Young Man’s Blues’), Eric Clapton, Elvis Costello etc. His music has been described as a fusion of rustic blues and jazz. It’s an absolute high honor to bring this gentleman to the Narrows. He will be touring in support of his fine new record The Way of the World
