Our 14th Anniversary Celebration Has Begun!

Last night, we kicked off our four-day concert series in celebration of the Narrows Center’s 14th Anniversary with a performance by the California Guitar Trio. Musicians Bert Lams, Hideyo Moriya and Paul Richards shared their technical genius and beautiful guitar melodies with the crowd, and were just as gracious and laid-back off the stage as they were on it.

The group serenaded us with some soothing, original tunes, as well as a few famous covers including Bohemian Rhapsody and Riders on the Storm. After the show ended, the three guitarists stuck around, signing autographs and sharing stories with their fans.

Tonight the celebration continues with a solo performance by country and bluegrass musician Tim O’Brien that you don’t want to miss. Click here to buy tickets!

On Friday, November 6th Charlie Hunter, Bobby Previte and Curtis Fowlkes will join together as the Charlie Hunter Trio, performing songs from their latest album that is gritty, greasy and downright celebratory.

The Anniversary series will conclude with music legend, folk revivalist and no stranger to the Narrows, Tom Rush performing on Saturday, November 7th. This show is close to selling out so get your tickets before it’s too late! It will also feature our very first virtual MC, as a beloved volunteer of the Narrows Center introduces Tom Rush all the way from Washington state.

Please join us in celebrating 14 years of music that matters and art that inspires!
